Known for an all-out style of showmanship, Anderson and Grave Digger the Legend put on a great show at every event.  Built around a 1950 Chevy panel van body, Grave Digger the Legend is powered by a powerful 550 ci Merlin engine driving a two speed Coan transmission. This monster truck beast has plenty of power to drive the massive wheels over almost any obstacle. Jumps, car crushing, and leaving the competition in the dust are all in a day’s work for monster truck Grave Digger the Legend. And the fearless Mr. Anderson isn’t afraid to toss in a back flip attempt just for good measure. Son Uva DiggerMonster Trucks have been around since the early 80's and in his father’s footsteps come Ryan Anderson the son of Dennis Anderson and the famous Grave Digger monster truck. His truck Son uva Digger is a ploy off of him being the son of Dennis Anderson. Son uva Digger debuted in Las Vegas Nevada in 2011 and pulled off a perfect backflip showing the world that the Anderson name will live on in Monster Trucks for years to come.When his truck stopped, the fans gave the young man a standing ovation, and Ryan climbed out of the truck to the admiration of his fans, and his peers.Dennis and Adam came out, giving the youngest driver in the family a hug as he gave the fans what they couldn't, a full run that left the fans in awe

Ryan Anderson loves stunt driving and has taken it to whole new levels with his backflips and stunt crashes. He has crashed SUV's and driven through busses all to the howl of the crowd. Trailers or more specifically driving through a trailer till there is nothing left is what he enjoys doing. During the Monster Jam World Finals in Las Vegas Nevada for 2012, Ryan Anderson again attempted his backflip driving a Grave Digger truck but hit the roof of another Grave Digger truck and was injured. He suffered a seizure and was hospitalized recovering from a neck injury.

Son Uva Digger comes from the sport of Mud Bogging where these large machines race through mud and dirt around the tracks and through hills and other obstacles. He can be found doing his tricks at the Muddy Motorsports Park.

Monster Jam is the premier series of live national events where top Monster Trucks perform in front of 10's of thousands in live venues across the United States and sometimes elsewhere in the world.Individual event formats can vary greatly based on the “intermission” entertainment, however the marquee entertainment is always the racing events followed by the freestyle competitions by monster trucks. The world’s most premier monster trucks including Grave Digger, Maximum Destruction, Madusa, Bounty Hunter, Bulldozer, Avenger, Hot Wheels, Monster Mutt, Superman, El Toro Loco just to name a few of the over 100 different trucks that compete at the Monster Jam events.

 

El Toro LocoEl Toro Loco “The Crazy Bull” a 5 ton orange Monster Truck is created to look like a bull with horns and all. It has one of the first 3D bodies in the races. As sales increased earning El Toro Loco the top 10 spot in merchandising for Monster Jam items, especially among kids, the team of El Toro Loco has expanded to 4 trucks. With the additions come some new looks for 2013 and those would be a black and yellow design to join the already existing orange bull. Not just a leader in marketing the El Toro is a leader in the freestyle competitions as well earning 2nd place in 2003 with a score of 36 out of 40. Crazy flips and corkscrews are just a part of the talent this team brings with its new looks.

Originally driven by Lupe Soza, than Nathan Weenk new drivers Marc McDonald, Aaron Basl, Chuck Werner, Becky McDonough, and Ryan Huffaker join the team to add more style and competition to the sport. Lupe Soza originally was a driver for Warrior in the 80's bringing his experience and style to addition of the El Toro Loco team.

Grave Digger first debuted in 1982 and was nothing but a red pickup truck with some giant wheels running over cars and digging up the tracks. It has evolved over the years into the green and black monster truck that we all know and love today.

1984 changed the truck to a panel truck and in 1985 it took on the iconic paint job we see today. In 1986 we get to see Grave Digger defeat Big Foot on national TV. By 1989 Grave Digger has expanded to two teams and its new fiberglass body is introduced. New drivers start to come onboard and join the team. 1991 shows Australia what Grave Digger can do and in 1992 the first green chasis on Grave Digger is shown.

Carolina, where Dennis originally pieced the machine together from old parts of discarded vehicles.1996 was a devastating hit to the Grave Digger team as Dennis Anderson is out with a broken back and cracked ribs. Dennis makes a comeback in 2000 wining the MJWF Freestyle Championship. By 2001 Grave Digger is now worldwide! In 2004 Dennis Anderson and Grave Digger win the MJWF again! In 2008 Grave Digger XX is built and is still driven by Dennis today. 2010 wins Dennis and Grave Digger the 9th annual MJWF Championship, and making it 9 victories by 2011. 2012 leads to the 30th anniversary of Grave Digger.
